Australia Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australia-wide orders over $120 (excludes SIS Wellness Mat). All orders are shipped via Australia Post Monday - Friday at 4pm AEST. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We ship via standard post and express post for the following fee:

• Standard post (2-8 business days)   $10.95 
• Express post (1-4 business days)   $14.95

SIS Wellness Mat Shipping:
A flat shipping fee of $19.30 applies for the SIS Wellness Mat due to its heavy weight and size. We ship via standard post for the following fee:

• Standard post (2-8 business days)   $19.30

New Zealand Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Monday - Friday at 4pm AEST. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer the following shipping options for New Zealand orders:

• Standard post (5-8 business days)   $19 NZD
• Express post (3-6 business days)   $32 NZD

Duties & Taxes

All customs duties and taxes are payable by the customer for orders over $1,000 NZD.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs at checkout. SIS THE LABEL is not responsible for any additional customs or import fees and does not offer refunds for orders where duties and taxes are unpaid or refused by the customer.
